Online Grantee Evaluation & Reporting

As an integral part of our grant-making, the Orfalea Foundations require grantee agencies to produce reports detailing the extent to which they are meeting their program and financial goals. Typically, these reports are due at six months and twelve months following the execution date of a grant agreement. All reports are carefully reviewed by foundation staff to ensure compliance with grant terms, and to determine eligibility for future funding.

If you are a current Orfalea Foundations grantee, please read below for the latest instructions on how to submit your Interim Progress Report or Annual Evaluation Report. Before proceeding with the following steps, please reference your original grant agreement for your agency's specific reporting requirements.
